Karin Osler

Karin Osler is an experienced organisational psychologist, senior consultant, facilitator and executive coach. She is a co-founder of The Centre for Conscious Leadership, a consulting organisation specializing in leadership, learning and transformation at the level of individuals, teams and organisations.

Karin has worked both locally and overseas over the last 30 years advising a wide range of organisations in the areas of strategic planning, large scale culture change processes, Board and EXCO team alignment, and large group facilitation redesign processes. She has done extensive work developing public policy, designing and implementing culture change and organisational transformation processes, and facilitating customized strategic planning processes, dialogue and team building processes.
